Accelerated Reader

It is really important that your child continues to read every day. While we won't be able to provide new books from school, many of the books you have at home or can borrow from friends and family will be on the Accelerated Reader scheme. Your child will be able to check if a book is on the Accelerated Reader scheme by logging into their account and doing a search. Children will be able to quiz after reading a book and also undertake the Star Reading Test which we usually do half termly. Teachers will be able to see the results of quizzes and will use this information to support you with reading at home with your child.

Your child must use this link below or else their login details will not work:

https://ukhosted104.renlearn.co.uk/2231971

If you visit this website, your child will be able to find access to thousands of books - and helpfully, you can filter these to find books that match your child's current 'Book Level' (On this website it is called ATOS level). Your child will be able to then log in to Accelerated Reader and quiz on these books!

https://readon.myon.co.uk/

Click on the document below for links and instructions to even more online reading books, complete with their AR level, meaning your child will be able to quiz on the books they read.

On this website you will find a large selection of learning packs for all year groups. Each daily session gives a chance for the children to talk and learn about mathematical concepts with an adult.
